Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

By using Agelytics you agree to these terms. Please read the section about what the results mean — it matters.

01What Agelytics is

A tool that estimates age from a face, checks for a live person, and reads the birth date from an ID document. It is a decision aid, not a certified identity or KYC service.

02Results are estimates

No face scan can prove someone's legal age. Estimates can be wrong by several years, and lighting, makeup, filters and camera quality all affect them. ID reading can also make mistakes.

You remain fully responsible for following the age laws that apply to your business. When a result is close or uncertain, check a physical photo ID yourself. We are not liable for sales, entry or service decisions made using Agelytics.

03Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

04Acceptable use

Don't use Agelytics to identify, track or profile people; to scan anyone secretly; to discriminate; or to get around the free-try limits. Don't try to break, overload or copy the service.

You must tell people they are being scanned and get any consent your local law requires.

05Free tries and paid plans

Visitors get limited free tries. Paid plans, prices and billing are described in the Pricing Policy and Refund Policy.

06Availability

We aim to keep Agelytics running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features.

07Ending use

You can stop using Agelytics at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

08Liability

Agelytics is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

09Privacy

How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
