Pricing Policy

Without an account you get one free face scan and one free ID verification per device and network. A Face Lab scan or a door-mode check uses the free face scan.

Signing up is free and puts you on the Gateway plan: 5 face scans, 3 ID verifications, 2 Face Lab scans and 2 door-mode checks each calendar month.

Verify — $4.99/month: 15 face scans, 8 ID verifications, 5 Face Lab scans, 3 door-mode checks.

Matrix — $9.99/month: 30 face scans, 10 ID verifications, 8 Face Lab scans, 5 door-mode checks.

Enterprise (team plan): personalised billing based on usage — contact us.

Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused checks don't carry over. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and may be added to the price shown.

Payments are handled securely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
