Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your first payment for a plan, ask within 14 days and we'll refund it in full — no reason needed.

Later payments aren't usually refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. You won't be charged again.

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or Agelytics was unavailable for a long stretch, contact us and we'll make it right with a refund or credit.

Send a request through the feedback page (choose "Other") with the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

This policy doesn't take away any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
